Q: Rename [priority] to [mtg-priority] and [stack] to [mtg-stack]

@Metagamer Because of this question I have been finding some other odd tags.
So far, bestow, heroic, and innistrad
It looks like that's it for weird MTG tags. I think it probably makes sense to add the "mtg-" prefix to [bestow] and [heroic], and remove the other two
