I'm curious, does this happen to everyone or just me. When I open a mtg: format link the new window that pops up is positioned so the window controls are above the upper edge of the screen.

It doesn't do that to me. But I also have a habit of opening links in new tabs so I rarely see that pop up window anyway

That's how the pop ups come out on my system, damned annoying
