Now every single suggestion in the accepted answer fails one of the requirements. Titania's Song causes Paradox Engine to lose it's abilities. Toy Maker's and Karn's effects don't last indefinitely. The other cards are in the wrong color.

I really just wanted the OP to be more specific. And ironically so did the author of the answer that got invalidated

The answer can just be updated a little to "There is no card that does exactly what you want. The closest thing is Titania's Song..."
