Do we support questions that are about the lore, not the games themselves? I think the question belongs more on the sci-fi stack exchange than ours, though I can't vote to close because it belongs there.

This one is very specific and weird and we've been trying to figure out what it'll actually do in Scryfall's chat. So far we've got: - The first effect can stop storm (provided you're relying on rituals and mana rocks to access some of your spells) and stops you casting expensive spells for lower alternate costs or reduced costs - The second effect stops cascade, suspend, rebound, and a lot of ways to cheat out things (but not all)
