@רבותמחשבות The spam/rude designation is automatic on deleted answers that have a spam/rude flag raised on them.

A: Remove links when a post is deleted by Community from spam/offensive flags

OdedGoing forward, deleted answers that have had any spam or offensive flags raised against them, will not show the answer body but the following text: This answer was marked as spam or offensive and is therefore not shown - you can see the revision history for details Where "the revision histo...

I.e., the three users who actually deleted it didn't necessarily consider it spam/rude.

@Alex Fair, and thanks, but I'm still looking as to why anyone would consider it worthy of deletion or spam/rude.

@רבותמחשבות users with 20k rep have the deletion vote privilege
Here is the guidance for when they should vote to delete answers
When should I vote to delete an answer?
You may vote to delete answers in the following cases:

The answer is extremely low quality: There is little to no scope for improvement
The answer doesn't attempt to answer the question; it may be a comment or a separate question altogether.
I'm having a hard time imaging a -15 post that doesn't meet the first criterion, but I suppose it's possible

Why does R”G (Krisos 6a והרי תרומת הדשן) explain the terumas hadeshen as מלא קומצו? Does he speak in idiom?

Interesting. I was going off the deleted answers page, which says answers that do not fundamentally answer the question are deleted (and that's it). The examples are:
commentary on the question or other answers
asking another, different question
“thanks!” or “me too!” responses
exact duplicates of other answers
barely more than a link to an external site
not even a partial answer to the actual question
But I definitely agree that it is extremely low quality, and I'm glad that's a criterion for deletion. FWIW, I remember a number of cases where I voted to delete an answer based on that, and I was told off.

I don't have a canonical source for this, but generally we've used mod power deletion votes only for your stricter list of reasons.
20k votes have had more leeway to guide the site direction representing the community perspective.

@DoubleAA I appreciate that info, thanks!

I'll just caution not to use "low quality" deletion votes too liberally. We want room for reasonable disagreement here.

@DoubleAA Definitely agreed. Thanks again!

Stay safe @רבותמחשבות

Q: Why is sleep spelled with an aleph in Tehillim 127?

DonielFIn Tehillim 127:2, the author spells the word for sleep as שנא: I found this unusual, as the word is usually spelled שנה in Tanach (Tehillim 90:5, Mishlei 6:4, and Mishlei 20:13). As far as I can tell, these four pesukim are the only ones in which the word appears alone (i.e. not the more co...
