@Scimonster working on it. I notice that last year we had entries for the four parshiyot too (and Zachor seems to have its own entry). If somebody can tell me the relevant dates I'll include those too.

Q: Can we make managing recurring events easier?

Monica CellioMy site uses community events heavily; we have week-long events every week (plus a dozen or so others), which occur on a repeating schedule, like this: The events occur each year in (generally) the same order, but the dates change by a few days each year. @Scimonster they don't label the special ones that I can see. (Also, their white text on dark-green background is hard for me to read.) For the regular torah readings it's easy to find a list of parsha/date pairings, but I didn't find such for the special ones and I don't think it's as easy as "parsha such-and-such is alwasy Shekalim" etc.

@MonicaCellio Shekalim and Hachodesh are on the Shabbat of or just prior to Rosh Chodesh Adar and Nissan respectively. Parah is the Shabbat prior to Hachodesh. Zakhor is the Shabbat prior to Purim.

Thus, more concisely, S is before the second of (II) Adar, Z is before 14 (II) Adar, P is before 24 (II) Adar, and H is before 2 Nisan.
That's every year, not just this year.
