I don't think so, because at its center, it's purely a language question.....but it has to do with understanding a גמרא....

This does not mean that I think that the Q should be closed as RfP ......it's just that this is a new user who asked a pretty specific question, and I figured I could teach him something about how the site works.

I edited an old question to remove request for psak (and some odd capital letters)....I also made more explicit an assumption that I believe was there from the beginning (frozen meat is muktzah).....but the existing (+5) answer didn't address that assumption. I left a note for the answerer, but was there something else I could have done? ( cc @msh210 )

Does a story-identification question need sources-mekorot? I think it's implied.

@Shokhet it is implied but the tags aren't to tell you what the question is about. Someone looking for questions about sources would still want to find it.
