shavua tov. FWIW, I don't go looking for posts to edit. Whatever happens to show up on the "active" top questions, I peruse. I don't know why the R' Scheinberg Q was there, but it was. I don't think there's any problem of "ein ledavar sof" - if someone happens to see a Q and updates it to zt"l, changes tense, etc - fine. If not, not. I think that this is an area that we can leave unregulated.
