@Sil Sorry, I was assuming that because my device does not have that issue. Obviously my phone has an above-average height.

Well on landscape I guess all phones will be short in height, that is the point :)
I guess unless you have some sort of phablet/tablet

@Sil I see, I have the impression your portrait mode did not work very well at the very first version (when logo did not hide itself), but at that time mine was working fine, it was also tested on some other phones as well.
For anyone interested, a0 has started updating its index, current progress is 872,232 / 1,778,180. (you can actually check this process here: approach0.me/backend )
This process will loop forever as long as it is not stopped manually. So later you can also go to the "open backend" to check indexing progress. I take a rough guess here (for current amount of data), it may take 3 to 4 days to finish a single round.

At the "backend" page, you need to click swarm:service-logs task to see the progress (it is currently numbered #10, but the number may subject to changes)

@WeiZhong Those were two problems, portait has been already fixed, then you said that landscape issue will not be fixed (which I agree with, it's not worth it), and short devices that have this landscape issue should switch to portrait: "Then I would recommend short device to always use portrait mode, since I have no clue how to fix landscape issue without removing a key component.".
The indexing looks good :)
Can anyone press the cross button there? Will that cancel something? I'd be worried about that

@Sil Right, that is my idea. Anyway, I think we all agree we refuse to work out the landscape.
@Sil Yes, it kills the task, but you do not have permission to do anything harmful, unless someone finds a way to sneak in my system, if that happens, I find a bug! It is also the point to put it there as "open backend" :P
If it can be exploited, I hope it happens early btw..

Sil
Hm killing the tasks is kind of harmful though?

4:06 PM
It depends, I like to clean up temporary tasks to release some memory, especially if the task is nothing but following a long running log.
@Sil You can do anything you want in that page, it is "open". If you find a way to kill a task, beg you please let me know :P
