@MaliceVidrine That's not "change of mind"; that's spite. I got spite before, but not from the askers of the questions I answered. Though just 2 days ago I got a random downvote on a 2-month-old answer.

@user21820 - It wouldn't be nearly so frustrating if the question itself didn't have -1 votes to start with. I could understand my answer not answering their question, because the question was badly asked. But I'm kind of miffed at the response being obviously punitive when I took a stab at answering the question (and was the only one who did so).

@MaliceVidrine Yea that's why this SE system is a bad idea. From the start I'd suggested that high-rep users should have votes with higher weight, which would make it harder for rep-farmers to get a high rep too, and make voting more accurately reflect value. But it's not going to change. And I'm surprised people target you, since you don't even participate much in closure/deletion of bad quality questions.

I have occasionally, but quite rarely. And I don't think ever with this user. Who now has something like 20k rep, btw :P
