@GreatBigBore see
#1Media has a bitter relationship with Islam. – Thesis statement

#2The former is bent on misrepresenting the latter and presenting it as though it is the solely responsible for all the mishaps in the world.
--Paris attack : Reporter Inna Shevchenko wrote after the Paris attacks “the ideology behind these attacks - which is Islamism - and the religious motives of the killers, they only give more opportunity for xenophobia to spread,”. Inna supports the claim that Islamism is the only thing responsible for the attacks rather she should have explored the religion and fairly blamed the violent

#3:presenting the erroneous image of Muslims
- In crime dramas such as CSI or Criminal Minds, Muslim women are almost always represented as victims of male domestic violence; women’s appearances in police films or television shows are often cut short by a male who asserts that he is in chargeAs a result of these portrayals, the most common words used to describe Muslim women by journalists and politicians are ‘segregated’, ‘beaten’, ‘insults’, ‘veil’, ‘freedom’, ‘religion’, ‘hatred’, ‘human rights’ and ‘extremism
#4 :this began after 9/11 tragedy

-Since then everything has to blamed on Islam

#5:The Media presents the leaders of the so-called ISIS as though they are devout Muslims while many a suffering Muslims in the World are ignored by this collective agency. It is as though the blood of Muslims is cheaper than that of other.

-Syria, Palestine martyrs are rarely mentioned by the Media in their ‘prayers’. BBC reported, “Three Israelis have been killed by rocket fires from Gaza, where 13 Palestinians have died in Israeli air strikes”
#7: The Media can portray the opposite of things especially if they are in relation with Islam
- Jihad
Jihad – a term often quoted by the misrepresentatives of Islam as well as the media, which is at constant war with Islam, simply means to strive and struggle. Moreover, the Muslims promoting terror do not even follow the Islamic rules of war like to not kill women and children, those in places of worship, aged men, to not burn down fruitful trees, etc., let alone the other Islamic laws. “Whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain
#8: E-Media spreading false propaganda
- The sites on the Internet with deceptive names to deceive people are an active part of the Hate Propoganda of the Media. Thereligionofpeace.com is a site that does this task actively to curb the spread of Islam’s teachings amongst the innocent people.

- 3. answering-islam.org/Testimonies/younathan.html Here’s yet another extract from a false convert story aimed at spreading misinformation about Islam. As I started thinking about my life and the Qur’an, I realized all Muslims, even the prophet Muhammad, would go to Hell for certain sins they commit
@GreatBigBore....want to get rid of this essay as soon as possible since its really distressing' (maybe thats not the right time but I really dont like the topic

2a - Tell me what "Islamism" means -- is it the same as Islam? How do people usually perceive the term "Islamism"?
2b - About Bill Maher: excellent research on your part!
2c -- good. 2a was good too, sorry I didn't mention it. Do tell me what Islamic and Islamist mean
3 -- give specific examples
4 -- three specific examples
5 -- examples
7 -- You did so well on point #2, I'm sad to see less effort on 3 - 7
8a answering-islam.org -- I don't see the connection between "Prophet Muhammad (saw) was not sure of where he would end up" (what the writer actually wrote) and "Prophet (saw) would have to go through hell." Like that writer, I have heard that Muhammad expressed doubts about his admission to Paradise. Tell me the exact hadith or ayah that is being misrepresented
faithfreedom.org: You've quoted the writer, which is good, and again, excellent research on your part. But then you say that it's a total lie and a distortion. Explain how, tell me what the truth is, what the proper representation is
islamreview.com -- I didn't get the whole post, I think. But be sure to tell me what the truth of the matter is; don't just say they're lying, or wrong. Say why
@Abcd I understand that this topic is difficult for you. The difficulty is exactly what you need for good training. You get stronger by lifting heavier weights. I am very impressed with the research you did into the three sub-points of #2, and the first two sub-points of #8. You are doing well. Do the exercise, and you will become stronger. This is not an essay; it is an exercise in critical thinking, which is one of the most important skills for writing a good essay when the exam comes.
It's also an exercise in knowing how to support your assertions and make a clear connection between your assertions and the main points you want to make in your essay.
@Abcd You're doing very well. Don't give up
Okay @GreatBigBore
