It seems to fail on 1000 but not on some smaller and some larger values (with (<([])>)

@H.PWiz Sorry I didn't finish what I was saying. Your if statement {(<({}[()])>)}{} pops the top of the stack if it is zero, which means after two loops through it will encounter the stack height because it removed the original counter plus the extra zero.
