@WheatWizard do you have any objections to the new command line flags I've proposed on github?

I would have pinged 100(0000....) also, but I can't for whatever reason

@WheatWizard I fixed it, and pushed with tag V1.2.0

New release! Version 1.2.0 has slightly different command line flags. Now, unicode input and output is assumed when given the ASCII flags
