if x,xx% changes (say) every minute and you recalc every 5 seconds

then you have 11/12 dummy updates where the time estimate goes up although you don't really have new data to work with

until you do get an update, then the estimation drops down again

I'd imagine the problem with most of those calculators is that they're forecasting the completion time as though everyone has all the games and would happily play any of them

e.g. if all but one game doesn't make it, then it still won't happen ("Killing Floor At the current rate this game is estimated full in 333:14:27 hours - 2%")

People are fanatics, they'll idle at the title screen if they have to.

And which of them are account for the CPUs is a full bar? (e.g. TWEOTW has ~4000 total to complete, while KF has probably 100k)

Hmm, according to that graph, the number of total "CPU"s is constant?
