@RoryAlsop , I would like to ask something, how do I contact @anongoodnurse in chat rooms? I asked something in Biology.SE, and they haven't responded yet.

@soupless If a user has been recently active in a chat room, @ + user name should do. Otherwise you need the moderator super ping, which shouldn’t be abused.

Not what it’s been intended for, but a comment I der a regular post can be a hack.

That said, it’s probably a good idea to check first, whether the user has been recently active at all. Otherwise just waiting a bit should be fine.
