@All: I have posted a draft hello world first post. I didn't edit the existing hello world post because I wasn't 100% sure if that one was still in draft. If people like it / want to edit it, it would be good to transfer the text into the real hello world post.

@Verbeia I think people can't edit or view (without explicit permission) either your post or the hello world one. The reason you can see it is that you have editor rights.

@Szabolcs I chose "Share a Draft", so I thought it would work. What else do I need to do?

@Verbeia I think it's not possible to share for editing (only viewing), but I'm still googleing. There are plugins that can do this, but I can't install plugins (I have to ask the SE blog responsible)

@Verbeia We'll definitely need to find a way to collaborate on / co-author posts. I asked if we can have a plugin installed that'll allow this, but I don't expect much. @rcollyer suggested using Trello (I'm not familiar with it), and @RM suggested using a shared account (security concerns?)

@Szabolcs there is no security issue... we can create a post and simply change the authorship to the community account. There is no exchange of passwords.

@RM Oh, so you meant to use that to sign the posts (change the name of the user that appears above), and not to give editing access to several people. I misunderstood you at first.

Right, that's what I meant. Maybe we can see how it goes and if it doesn't work out, we can switch to posting under user accounts.

@all, Quick question: is prettify available on the blog?

@Szabolcs its useful for dividing up work and tracking its progress. I've used it a little, and it could work very well in this case.

@rcollyer I don't think it's there by default, but there is a plugin: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/prettify-wordpress

@rcollyer Is seems the plugin activated is this one, and it does not seem to have Mathematica support.

@Szabolcs There is a "brush" available for it, though. According to the table it may be less than efficient.

Not sure I like the code block "features", though. When using the shift-operator (<<) in c/c++, it escapes them and then posts them displays the escaped version, i.e. for << I get <<.
