@Tezz Who are consorts of MahaSarasvati, MahaLakshmi and MahaKali?
I think you misinterpreted that they don't have consorts..

@SreeCharan - Yes , understood that from seeing the words πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

@TheDestroyer I didn't say MahaKali MahaSaraswati and MahaLakshmi don't have consort... but I wanted to say that MahaLakshmi who killed Mahisasura isn't wife of Vishnu and MahaSaraswati who killed Sumbha isn't wife of Brahma.. they are Amsas of Supreme Devi... Regarding consorts of MahaSaraswati, MahaLakshmi.. I don't know whether any scripture explicitly mentions it or not.. but we may called Shiva as consort of them too.. as Shiva is the consort of Shakti...
also Shiva Purana says Ambika came as MahaLakshmi and similarly for (Maha)Saraswati...
I have read somewhere that Madhu Kaitabha Vadh and Mahisaaura Sumbha Vadh by MahaKali , MahaLakshmi and MahaSaraswati has deep Tatwa in it.. like Vishnu when in sleep Madhu and Kaitabha came from his ear.. Sleep is Tamasic mode.. so Godesses presiding over Tamasa ie. Mahakali helped to awake Vishnu.. and similar for Mahisasura and Sumbha also...

@Tezz ohh..ok
I think you can answer this question

Q: Did Goddess Lakshmi or Goddess Saraswati (not Adishakthi or Durga) kill any demons?

The DestroyerI know Parvati Devi killed Demon Mahishasura with help of other Shaktis by manifesting into Goddess Durga. So, Adishakti killed Mahishasura through Parvathi Devi. I think same is the case with Goddess Kaali. But on the contrary, did Lakshmi Devi or Saraswati Devi kill any demons without manifesti...

I actually read some portion Durga Saptashati but got bored when they were praising Devi. I usually skip all "Praising parts" in all Puranas. πŸ˜’

@TheDestroyer - by the way , found your this comments very useful - " Actually people misinterpret them. Names in Sanskrit Hindu Scriptures shouldn't be seen as proper nouns but rather should be seen as attributes of Brahman. So, each attribute is described as supreme but many scriptures were interpolated mainly Puranas."

@SwiftPushkar yeah. I suggest you to read Sanskrit lessons by gurudev. They are really useful.
