Uncheck Automatically rearrange Spaces based on most recent use.
This will fix the order of all your regular Spaces - but not Fullscreen spaces, which always seem to go to the right of existing Spaces.

Nice @patrix - querying on score seems like a nice proxy for getting close to 100 upvotes. Might drop the lower bound to 80 to catch any that are controversial
