@grgarside Concerning the answer you've just flagged: why do you think it's spam?

@patrix It doesn't answer the question which makes it NAA, but the link is the same domain as the user promotes in their profile. It's their very first answer on the site with a spam link and doesn't even answer the question the OP is asking. Feel free to disagree though, I might be being a bit harsh.

@grgarside Can't speak for the other mods, but I usually don't consider a single kind-of-on-topic post to be SPAM (unless the site it points to is one of the usual suspects). I would go with down voting, especially since the user didn't really follow up with more details after the request for clarification was added in the comments.
