Q: Cryptic Crossword: Pokemon Korean Pop Star avoids object thrown at his head! (7)

JiminionShouldn't be too hard: Pokemon Korean Pop Star avoids object thrown at his head! (7)

We have a new tag pokemon

Not really new, it was created in March

Oh is that so?
Should it not fall under this?
You are right, March 2015

I don't see a problem in very specific tags, I even think they are really useful to classify puzzles

Yes, just saw that rebus, which was very specific to the Nintendo GB
Thanks :)

@Lordofdark What exatly is the relation between your image and "Alice in wonderland" ? Anything but intuitive association? I think such things wold make nice "visual" puzzles, if they are puzzles and not too broad. The danger is, that you can easily run into a opinion-based guessing game, which would only spark a lot of controversy and a wave of "me-too"-questions.
One of my very early puzzles ran into this issue - but that was at a time when PuzzlingSE was not yet what it is now... To sum up: I LOVE visual-only puzzles, but please only if they are really good puzzles and not just guess-work.

Q: Hidden in plain sight - By what method do these images hide a prime number?

Woh you've been here for a long time
@BmyGuest The image reprensents the smile of the purple cat in Alice in wonderlands, which is an icon strongly linked to this movie

@Lord

But the more I think about it the more I realize it may not be a good idea for a stand alone puzzle so I may combine them in a more complex puzzle so they are less broad/vague/opinion based

As I guessed, then it's not really a puzzle... It could be part of a puzzle though...
Haha. Same typing as me at the sme time..

I have the idea right now, I just have to make beautiful posters

I think "intuitive guesses" fit into puzzles nicely, if you build your puzzle such, that the "guess" is somehow verified or falsified, i.e. the puzzler either has an "Aha, fits perfectly also here" moment, or a "Oh, but that doesn't fit well..." reason to change his thoughts.

So many puzzles ideas but not enough time to work on them, that is frustrating

I know your pain.
