In a sense, rank-$1$ matrices are the "atoms" with which "composite" matrices are built. Thus, I propose that tag rank-1-matrices be created.

@MartinSleziak I haven't downvoted the tag. I only removed it after talking to quid about flooding the front page with newly tagged old questions, which the user who made this tag is notorious for. After my removal, I believe said user asked about the tag in the thread, and it was not received positively.
