Q: Using block (displayed) equations in question titles

Arthur FischerI tried to submit a question to math.SE, and received the following message: Why are block equations not allowed in question titles on Mathematics Stack Exchange? (To be honest, I don't even think I was using a block equation. How can I avoid this message?)

I have created tag-excerpt: For questions about the words and phrases which are blocked from appearing in posts or titles.
I do not like the tag-wiki from meta.SE:
Welcome to the savage lands of the blacklist. A barren land of words and phrases which have been barred from appearing in posts and comments across either the Stack Exchange network or individually on member sites.
If a word on the blacklist appears in your post, it may be automatically eaten up by the monster or will block your post from being submitted.
In my opinion, this conveys no useful information at all.
I wanted to add there some link to faq or help item on blacklisting to the tag-wiki. But I did not find any.

Q: Tag suggestion - without L'Hopital

Mark BennetThere is a regular stream of questions asking for limits by elementary means - "without l'Hopital" (I've omitted the accent) - would this be a viable tag for questions? My doubt is that it simply won't be used because people won't imagine such a thing could exist. On the other hand it would gath...

As Arthur Fischer pointed out in his answer, such tag was recently created. (We can only speculate whether it happened independently of the discussion on meta.)
Only the question I linked above and this one have this tag at the moment.
