The first one was created in this question, the user who created it also added tag-excerpt: For partial differential equations of elliptic type.
The second one was created in this question, by the same user with a similar tag-excerpt. Then another user removed the tag with a comment: we don't need a tag that specific just yet... pde on its own should be fine.
