@Cerberus Maybe it's partly because we aren't exposed to all the complications and evil as children so we tend to think that the world was better then?
@Adam Are you planning to see the Bad Batch finale tomorrow? It's the last episode of the last season, so I bet we're in for a treat.

@JoonasIlmavirta Definitely! I need confirmation of my Tech theory. :)

Can facio ever be used to express visiting someone? Duolingo is using it like that but I don't see any usage of it in that way in L&S.
Cliens patronem facit, as an example. I could think of other ways to take that, but never would have thought of "visiting".

@Adam I'd like to see that one discussed on the main site. It sounds off to me, but it could conceivably be an expression I don't know.
@Adam Wait, patronem or patronum or something else?
It could be a word for a visit to one's patron, but L&S isn't showing me anything like that.

@Adam Are there time words involved? "To spend time" with some indication of time is a legitimate use of facio.
I don't think it means "to go" on its own, though.

I could imagine alicui visitationem facere but I wouldn't bet on it being idiomatic.
