I ended up googling to figure this out as I wasn't familiar with the the name of the article (although another form of it sounds very familiar). Curious how quickly you get this one, @Cerberus.

Well, my score would have been much higher had I not Googled. I'd have filled in almost every word but the title since it's a proper noun.

@Adam I would say, pretty impossible to guess unless you know the subject.

The guesses I made did make it far easier to sleuth it out on Google, though.
I knew the where and when and some of the what.
Currently revisiting some albums I missed when they were new, like Chrome by Catherine Wheel.
I had bought the album after this one when it was new but wasn't that taken with it. This one is a lot better.
It sits somewhere in between shoegaze and grunge.
