@JoonasIlmavirta I think the matter has been solved!
I'm satisfied. I get to ask the Greeks and not the barbarians.
Hah.
Have the people at History exhibited such barbarous behaviour?
Not quite. Just a single barb. But as you know, I'm a wary and suspicious person.
How many barbs does it take to make a person barbarous.
I would choose a pagan number. Anything but three.
Hmm.
I suppose there are unwelcoming people on any SE site.
Except perhaps the tiniest ones.
Yeah, I agree. I'm probably a bit sensitive.
It also takes some adjusting to join a new SE site. Each has its own expectations.

Quite so.

@Cerberus Regular users can migrate posts from mature sites to mature sites via close voting. Moderators can migrate anything anywhere, beta or not.
@ktm5124 It would certainly be on-topic at History, but that is not relevant. The only relevant question is whether it is on-topic here.
And I think it is.
@Cerberus Yes, but our site has less barbared wire for new users to cross.
03:54
Haha I agree, we have less barbared wire, if any.
04:36
@JoonasIlmavirta Are you sure, is that new?
Or was it just a rule, not a technical impossibility, perhaps.
@Cerberus That's been the case as long as I can remember.
And I do remember things being migrated to and from our site.

There's a passageway through Hades for migrating to other beta sites. 'Tis perilous, but possible.

@JoonasIlmavirta @Cerberus @Nathaniel Thanks for being moderators of this site. It's truly a fun place.

@ktm5124 And we know which moderator is supposed to guard that passageway.
@ktm5124 I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it! I much appreciate hearing the occasional feedback.
