I have always seen this shader pack throughout the internet, but I could never find any info about what it was called. (The main differences are the clouds and the water reflections.)

The monitor I bought 2 months ago already has a defect...
That horizontal line goes ALL the way across the screen and is visible regardless of whether I'm using HDMI or Displayport, regardless of whether I'm using my desktop or my laptop, regardless of whether I'm in Windows or in the BIOS and persists through driver reinstalls
