dam it, when people latch onto a prophocy they seem to ignore all logic. i don't know what my mum was watching but while i was watching this Unlikely Animal Friends show she all of a sudden said that Nostradamus "prophecies" end on the 20 of December 12 years from now because of the numbers 20 20 12, yet no matter how many times i try to get her to explain where the 12 years come from she just repeats it and that all these scientists came together to prove it right

like yeh, a bunch of Nostradamus's righting seems to have "predicted" certain disasters like Hitler, the London Fires, September 11 and this Pandemic, but at the same time they are vague and only loosely match and it's so so convenient that they "match" well after the event has happened

Q: To what degree is Minecraft RTX compatible with regular Minecraft?

can anyone recommend some games kinda like the isekai anime makes their made-up MMOs look like?

I've looked through some of the real MMOs out there and the things I'm looking for are not there

what I think I want in a game is a large world and multiplayer but it doesn't have to be of the MMO scale, I think parties of 2-4 people is enough, and about at 10 it starts looking too busy on the screen

and the graphics of the typical actual MMO games make all characters look the same, without any individuality which is not a plus

I checked out Destiny and similar games, and it's not what I'm looking for, mostly because they're not pleasant to look at for a long time

there's that free game on the Epic launcher where you "slay monsters", it has a nice fortnitey art style and characters are of normal proportions and it just looks nice, but the gameplay loop itself is not enough for me

if it had other quests to do and some more general RPG stuff gameplay, I'd love something like that

so, if anyone has any recommendations that fit this vague description, please share

you can pick any really, the shows don't portray the gameplay in much detail, but let's say Shield Hero and this one from the recent better looking ones

multiplayer Dark Souls could also be nice, if you approach it from a slightly different angle

but I'd really like the game to look pleasant rather than realistic (grim and gritty), as I really enjoy beautiful level design more than the "it's the real world and everything is destroyed" like Apex Legends

I don't know how much more "game" they put in Snowrunner but it's very much the journey not the destination that holds the appeal.

@GnomeSlice Yeah for a while I really wanted to get a PocketCHIP with PICO-8 and just start going to town.

But then the company making the PocketCHIP imploded so that dream kinda fell by the wayside.

Never found another hardware product that filled that niche so well.

You unlock parts via exploration and some parts via leveling. Usually wheels are locked behind a level, and other parts are locked behind exploration upgrades.
