thing is, while features may be better, optimization on consoles will also always be better

and while you can upgrade your pc to get great visuals, better than your console, consoles tend to be a one-off deal: buy once, and don't worry about upgrading until next generation of consoles get released.

Though with the un-great stuff like ps4 pro and xbox one x being released, I'm not sure how I feel like that stands.
