Every time I hear about people having to use their paid time off for sickness, I shudder. In Belgium, sick days are separate, they don't count towards the paid time off you have, and you legally can get 30 days per year off for sickness

The laws here in Brazil allow me to have as many sick days I need, as long as I am ACTUALLY sick. If a doctor signs that I need to stay home for x days, I'll stay home for x days and my employer cannot discount this

For me it doesnt matter much, because I rarely get sick

Here we have to do medical exams to get our driver license. The doctor, working for the government (so its a free, public service), charged to give favorable exams. Everyone knew that, but nothing ever happened. But it seems he messed with someone he shouldn't and now he is arrested because of that

@StrixVaria Leave it at that. It's aged well in some ways, but it's still dated I think a lot of people who love it saw it at the time it was made, when it was groundbreaking. Part of the reason it seems so cliché is that it defined many of those tropes that went on to be clické. It's useful to know the film if you see the sequel, which is good.

(I felt exactly the same way after watching it a few weeks ago)

Q: Some 4* heroes cost less to unlock potential?

Unlocking a hero to 5 stars usually costs 20k feathers. I just noticed that for some heroes it's a bit less, like 19,1k. And surprisingly, those heroes all have a similar light-blue avatar background: Why are the meaning of this light-blue background? Are those heroes special in some ways?

Q: Can black soul gems be used for enchanting?

I've never bothered to learn to enchant in skyrim. I have the guide book too, but it doesn't say if I can use black soul gems, mainly the black star, for enchanting, it only ever mentions grand soul gems with enchanting.
