Q: Did they change the PPM on the Infini-lift Lightspeed elevator?

The final elevator upgrade to the Infini-lift Lightspeed in TDS costs 499 Bux. I remember it being a whopping 42 PPM, but now that I'm getting close to being able to afford it, I've noticed that it's only 20 PPM. Is my memory faulty, or did they change this with the most recent update?
