Hello people! i have a question: why does an object appears darker when viewed through a water/glass material? Like shown here drive.google.com/open?id=0B3fLMhZ9ukZfX0pMY0hqNEpubUE Is it because that the light we see from the lower part changed its medium twice and so just a small fraction of it reaches the viewer?
And has anyone good informations about how skinshaders? I know its about SSS between the different layers of skin, but i still dont understand how this all comes together. Many tutorials just tell you how but not why.
