@Oliver That's because you're in PCRE (PHP) mode rather than JS mode regex101.com/r/ptL5iV/2
Though there is a lookbehind proposal at stage 3 in the TC39 process: github.com/tc39/proposals
(once a proposal gets to stage 4, it's implemented in next year's version of JavaScript)
