@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 Contracting sounds great for me. While I like my job, sometimes I wish I could do more practical things. What sector do you have in mind?

@Martin - My Masters degree is in Systems Engineering, so I can work along those lines or being a program manager. This would primarily be in IT. I do have a lead for another company where I'd be a DBA. That position really interests me, because it is more technical and involves troubleshooting which not only am I good at, but enjoy a lot.

Plus I do have some experience in that area, too. Haven't been able to work that end of things for a while mainly due to the fact the entity I work for hires contractors to do that work.
