@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 I can try again but I don't want to do it now as I feel it might damage internal parts of engine or kick. But sure, leaving the kick was necessary at least in my bike. I'm pretty sure. And if it weren't necessary, the neighbor who was looking at me, would never comment about it.

If anybody knows, do all kinds of motorcycles need this L board (which is used by learner license riders) in USA/UK or any European countries?

@Vikas Here in the States, it's pretty much left up to each state to figure out how they are going to do their thing. Here in Virginia, you put a regular license on the motorcycle, but when you have a learner's permit, you have to ride along with an experienced rider (separate bikes). You also have to take/pass a special training course.
