@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 Perhaps one easy way to get a non-zero number of votes would be to ask reviewers to give a thumbs up / down on the issues as they review them?

I'm trying to do that myself but I'm also aware that plenty of the things I'm reviewing are outside my skillset (I can't tell you a thing about carbs, for instance)
