@JamesWilson - Quite often you do get what you pay for when it comes to batteries. The main thing to look at when purchasing a battery is the warranty. Here in the States a typical warranty period is for 36 months replacement, then prorated for an additional two years, so five years total coverage. Cheaper batteries will have a 1 year replacement with a two years additional proration. I'm not sure what you might see in the UK as per warranty, but it can be a litmus as to the quality of it.
Bottom line here is you need to see what your pocket book can afford, then go from there.
Even recycled batteries have their place. I could pick up a used one from a wrecking yard here in the States for ~$35. If it works for me for a year, then I've gotten my $$ out of it.

@JamesWilson Of the things I will always pay more for, batteries comes near the top of the list, after tyres and brakes. Batteries are cheap (when amortised over 3-5 years) so get a good one that will work well through all conditions

OK, got something that may not even qualify for Pitstop, but... what kind of "vehcle" is this, seen cruising the aisles of WalMart: https://photos.app.goo.gl/YpiTSsEjBmVPAYpq6 The sticker on the bottom of the back of it says "CAUTION ROBOT AT WORK" and "WARNING: HIGH INTENSITY LIGHTS"

I tried getting closer to it to get a better picture of the labels and the QR code, but it was pretty evasive! On the tall pole, on the side not seen, appears to be several camera sensors. It was wandering around the Health and Beauty section, I think it is to scare away shoplifters?
