@user3656099 hard to tell just from the sound.. given what you said in the question regarding the failed headgasket I think your problems go way beyond "low on oil - top it up"
I recently bought the parts to rebuild EV1 (34.6# @ 43.5psi) injectors. The parts include the microfilter, flat support disk (for the injector end), and the supporting top cover (for the fuel rail end).
The reasons for replacing these parts are fairly simple:

@motosubatsu - I have an idea on how to do it, but I'm ALWAYS open to suggestions! I just don't want to damage these parts getting them on the injector.
^^ Intel Core i9-9900k processor on Amazon. The list price for this is ~$550 (IIRC) $699. When the processor first came out, you couldn't buy one because there was a rush on them. Now that Intel is keeping up with demand, it's been sliding in price ever since. It was at $529 less than a month ago. At $479, I NEED one of these :o)
