Alright, so I'l working on this WPF app.

It's basically a Markdown -> HTML/BBCode translator.
The problem, is I want four tabs (Markdown, HTML, BBCode, Render Preview) that turn into one tab with three panels when resized.

Basically, when the window is at a higher resolution, I want the tabs to turn into a sort of three-column grid.

It sounds like you want VisualStateGroup.
Are these three tabs displayed in a single page/window document?
It really shouldn't matter, though.

What you need is a VisualStateGroup.

Even if it is, you could design two completely separate grids and just set the visibility.
