@KevinCruijssen: Interesting. None of my alternative versions were the same as yours. I really thought we'd have some in common

@Emigna All four of my approaches used a similar modification of the string-list. Your 14-byter is quite brilliant using the bifurcate and size 2 like that.
@Mr.Xcoder Np, been able to find a fix. :) The POSITIVE/NEGATIVE INFINITY weren't due to the nested log, but due to 1_log(x), where it's POSITIVE if x>1 and NEGATIVE if x<1, so I was able to add a work-around for this by checking that, and using -9876543210/987654321 as alternatives for NEGATIVE/POSITIVE INFINITY.
Does anyone still know some way to accomplish [["aaaa","aaaa","aaaa","aaaa"],["bb","bb","bb"],["c"]]cbaa\nbbaa\nbbaa\naaaa? So they're overlapping.
You know, I'm gonna post a challenge like that in the Sandbox. ;)

@KevinCruijssen I had these as alternatives. Where the last one was the most interesting imo printing backwards, but unfortunately finding out the direction to start with got quite expensive
Ah, I think I understand you question about the list. I'll have a look and see if I can do it

@KevinCruijssen First attempt at 23 bytes. There has to a better way though
Actually it was 18, but still way too long

14 without lazy-eval

@Emigna Oh, that's pretty good. Remember it, because I posted the challenge in the Sandbox :)

I figured I should hang around here (=
I'm pretty happy with codegolf.stackexchange.com/a/186035/6484, but I think there's still one byte waiting to be saved
