To avoid fake people, we can't haveopen sign ups through a site

so we need a nominated user to receive all of our emails/addresses and sign them up for us

correction - it already graduated, but the redesign hasn't happened yet, and the privileges haven't been taken yet.

The trick with shipping costs is to order near the receiver instead of near the sender.
