@rumtscho That's not a very good question. If you were speaking of a wood-fired oven where the smoke adds flavor, but in this case the source of heat (burned gas or electric heating) should not impart a flavor (methinks) except through the act of heating. It's an engineering question really, and the answer depends more on how the transmission of heat is regulated and the attainable temperatures and heat transmission rate.
