Todd, is there a "best" way on embarrassing parallelization?

@pH13 - my experience was in adapting my code to do ensembles of classical and quantum mechanical trajectories, so i used MPI to 'broadcast' to each processor, do the calculation, and then 'collect' the results - so you need to sort of find the point in the code where the calculation in question is being done, and then add the appropriate code before/after that

(if that makes any sense)
