Everyone seems to be happily creating, editing, and updating documentation. So, when I go look at a topic and think "this needs to be improved," only to discover that I have no clue what to do next, I figure it's from me not seeing what must be obvious to everyone else. I looked at String.Format, wanted to improve it, and don't know what to do next.
