@Oddthinking Offering and explaining the options (fom dry needling (fairly interesting) to homeopathy ('ugh, sigh, don't you have a better placebo?') I don't mind. It's the advertising and pushing (Pharmacist: "You should try this D6 solution…", Dr: "I'll prescribe you…) It gets even trickier when you converse with a seller who admits 'that stuff is anywhere between placebo, useless and less than useless' – after recommending it to you but you then refrained complaining.
Is that then suddenly an honest business man? Now that both are 'in the know' we can talk real time? I really wonder what's worse. A studied medicine man believing in 'woo' or a university educated MBA that believes his products do not work.
