@Oddthinking I've tried 5 times now writing an answer to that. Now at over 700 related references for that topic in my .bib file, I am quite confident which to select as positive and which for negative, depending on how the A is constructed. But that is the problem. Imo a serious frame challenge is needed, since the Q is so simple & vague. An A to it is not simple. Well, I can write a simple one to my own dissatisfaction, but well, not to my own tastes.

I'd need to have at least 3–5 chapters for clarification of the different reaches for different applications. HCW or community, src-control or PPE etc. Given that I fully anticipate the reaction on this important question, I see a much controversy geenrating post appearing.

While searching thru the existing questions around that topic, I found even older ones which also might need to have an updated answer. But the one you linked to shows a lot of comments below it, with some 'interesting* references (dailymail…), and a lot of 'theoretical reasoning' on display.

That leaves me a bit unsure. Should we perhaps try to increase the precision in Q title and claim representation? Or: How would you personally read and paraphrase the Q? Or: Any hints & suggestions on how to construct an A? (& yeah: I know that I should not & can't dump my book on it here and even the limit to 30k chars is not the real goal either)
