Just in case it gets frozen, I will remind that moderators can unfreeze chatrooms - so you can ask some moderator (from any site) whether they would be willing to do so. OTOH, if it is the only room associated with the site, the room should be kept even if nothings is said for a long time. It seems that the last time this room was frozen was in 2014.
