@localhost yeah getting paid changes the situation rather a lot - if you've got the energy and can make the time it could be a good way to ease some of the financial pressures

tricky... depends on what those Mondays are like and whether it's typically used for in-person stuff (multi person meetings etc)

if they're just "normal" days where you don't really do anything different from what you do remote it's less likely to be an issue

@localhost probably worth asking at least - I'd be inclined to give the family reasons for wanting to make the change rather than the money one, as otherwise it might seem like a passive-aggressive way of complaining about the wages
