I bought iphone and havent opened it it has been 12 days out of 14 (max time to return)

they told me we don't do return unless any issue with device

is that true

if the it was bought online for example then the Distance Selling Regs would likely apply

@localhost hmm distance selling regs won't apply there then - there's probably a 14-day cancellation on any actual phone contract - but that doesn't translate into a right to return the phone itself

was it an actual Apple store? if so this suggests that the 14 days for a refund policy applies

Bought it for my wife that and iWatch

but she is hardcore samsung fan

they explicitly exclude "change of mind" returns for in-store purchases

I m not fussy about phones until they r broken

have you asked ee whether they'd be willing to do an exchange for a different phone?

they might be a bit more flexible on that front - try explaining it was a gift for your wife and your got the wrong one?
