@iart I've always had "standard" office chairs and never had a complaint. Is the height of your current chair adjustable? It could also be your desk - maybe it's too high/low?

I am suffering from RSI :) and my hand therapist suggested either a lower desk or a higher chair. I currently have an electric height adjustable desk and its height is 29. 5/16 inches.

sympathies on the chair struggle - I know all to well the difficulties off finding one that suits when you've got a health issue :( I'd recommend the chair I use but I just checked and it's not high enough for you
